It is a good gesture on your part to have uploded extracts from Nakshatra Chinthamani. Many astrologers who haave heard praises about the book had no opportunity to read it for the reasons that the book is out of print and is not easily available.

I have the books of B.C,bhat. I do not have a guru. how to identify cuspal signifactors is my problem. I could not grasp it from the book. I need some spoon feeding as I am 71+.
